Shipping policy

Alluxe offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing, plus shipping time. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

We do not process and ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

There may be shipping and processing delays during the busy holiday season. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military bases or hotels.

You will receive an email with the tracking information once your package is on its way. If you have any questions, please email info@alluxeinc.com.

Alluxe ships through third party shipping carriers. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. In the case of lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

Find your perfect fit with a few simple methods.

Use a ring sizer

For the most accurate fit, we recommend using a ring sizer.
You can purchase an inexpensive ring sizer online or visit a local jeweler to be measured in person.

Measure an existing ring

Choose a ring that already fits the intended finger.
Measure the inside diameter straight across the center, from inner edge to inner edge, in millimeters.
Match your measurement to the chart above.

Measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper, string, or flexible tape measure around the base of your finger.
Mark where the ends overlap
Measure the length with a ruler in millimeters, this is the circumference.
Match your measurement to the chart above.

Helpful tips

Measure at the end of the day - Fingers can be slightly larger in the evening.
Consider temperature - Fingers may be smaller in the cold and larger when warm.
Account for knuckle size - If your knuckle is larger, make sure the ring can slide over comfortably.
Wider bands may fit more snugly than narrow rings. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up or contacting us for help.
