Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Alluxe will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The $7 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. To initiate a return, please email us at info@alluxeinc.com to request a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be returned unworn and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
- If products are returned damaged or not in their original condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refund Processing:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive it.
- Refunds are posted to bank accounts 2-3 days after processing.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style or size, we’re happy to assist! Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
How to Exchange:
- Email us at info@alluxeinc.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for your original item.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out your requested exchange.
Note: If the new item costs more than the original, we will send an invoice for the price difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
