Design & Proposal
We develop sketches or CAD renderings and present a detailed proposal with material options and pricing for your approval.
Stone Selection
For pieces featuring gemstones, we source options and share photos or arrange viewings so you choose with confidence.
Creation & Delivery
Once approved, your piece is handcrafted and delivered with full documentation. Timeline is typically 4–6 weeks following approval of design.

What to expect
Do you work with heirloom or client-supplied stones?
Yes. We welcome heirloom jewelry redesigns and can work with stones you already own. We'll evaluate them during the consultation phase.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom work varies based on materials, stone selection, complexity and market prices. We provide a full itemized quote before any work begins.
Is a deposit required?
Depending on the project, a minimum $500 deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup.
Can I see design renderings before committing?
Yes. For most pieces, we provide CAD renderings or detailed sketches for your approval before fabrication begins.
Do you source lab-grown diamonds?
Absolutely. We work with both natural and lab-grown stones and can help you compare options based on your priorities and budget.
