Warranty Policy
All Alluxe products are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered?
- Loose or missing diamonds (under 0.10ct each) due to manufacturing defects
- Defects in craftsmanship or materials
- Issues with prongs or settings that affect the structural integrity of the piece
What’s Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or metal tarnishing
- Loss of diamonds larger than 0.10ct (We strongly recommend insuring fine jewelry for added protection)
- Damage caused by impact, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals
- Alterations or repairs made by any jeweler other than Alluxe
- Lost or stolen items
How to File a Warranty Claim:
- Email info@alluxeinc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.
- If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for inspection.
- Once received, we will determine if the item qualifies for repair or replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued.
For added peace of mind, we recommend annual jewelry inspections and insurance coverage for fine jewelry purchases.
