Do you offer sizes that are not listed on the product page?
Yes! Custom sizes are made to order. Please allow 10-14 days for production. Contact us to place a custom size order. All custom orders are final sale.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use solid 14k gold and high-quality lab grown diamonds. All gemstones are ethically sourced, and our pieces are made to the highest standards.
What are lab grown diamonds, and how do they compare to natural diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds created using advanced technology, offering the same brilliance and durability as natural diamonds. They are an ethical and sustainable choice with exceptional quality.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry, we do not ship outside of the U.S. yet. But we plan to open up our shop internationally soon, so stay tuned for updates regarding our international launch!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unused jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A flat rate $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please contact us to get the return process started and for a pre-paid return label. Refer to our Return Policy for full details.
What is your exchange policy?
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style or size, we’re happy to assist! Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy for further details on how to start an exchange.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my fine jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean it regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap.
Do you offer warranty?
All Alluxe products are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details on what is covered and how to file a claim.
